Advance Cake Decorating Class - 4 Week Course Tuesdays (5th, 12th, 19th, 26th June 2012) 6.30pm to 8.30pm
Advanced classes for students who have acquired proficiency in fondant and piping skills and are ready to begin designing and constructing their own cakes. This course is designed for those who have already completed the Beginners Classes and the Intermediate Classes or for those wishing to take a refresher class or two.
We will be working with gum paste to make floral decorations as well as bows and other decorative finishings.
Cake construction, finishing, storing and delivery will be taught.
