Intermediate Cake Decorating - 4 Week Course
This course focuses on the use of royal icing with it's advantages and uses in modern cake decorating. Students will also discover some of the traditional methods of decorating with royal icing with an emphasis on perfecting piping techniques.
Royal icing flowers will be taught as well as traditional run outs, cookie decorating along with an introduction to fondant.
All cake decorating equipment and mediums will be supplied with the exception of the last week when students will be required to bring a fondant covered cake for decoration in class (full instructions will be given)
